And there was light

April 27th , 2026, - this year light and clear skies returned to southern Greece!! Talking about the weather may seem trivial and uninteresting, but the idea behind our project is to convince you (those of you from the North...) to leave and join us right in this season, so you'll often find updates and news about it... sorry ;.)

Today is the first day of this year that we've seen the true Greek light. It's perhaps hard to imagine, but so far we've only found "this light" here. Throughout the day, the colors, reflections, and hues of the sky, the island, and the sea change... different angles of the light highlight or hide unknown details, while everything has a different and satisfying flavor. People's moods improve, and these days are inexplicably (or perhaps not) truly pleasant. It's easy to get lost in comforting thoughts, reflecting on new projects, forgetting the stresses and strains of winter that are now far away. If I may give you some advice, take a few days off during this period and visit a Greek island in the southern Aegean, rent a boat or a beautiful house by the sea, wake up early in the morning, go out with a cup of hot coffee in hand, and slowly observe what's happening around you... repeat the process until you get bored (which probably won't happen ;-)
